Features
Everything Auction Bot can do, from the listing types you see every day to the settings flags and command parameters most servers never discover. If you only need the highlights, the landing page and the nav's Features menu cover those.
Listing types
Highest bid at the scheduled end wins, with optional Buy-Now and Reserve price.
Like Standard, plus a countdown timeout that resets on every bid — it only ends once bidding actually goes quiet.
Bids stay hidden until close; the highest bidder wins, optionally paying only the second-highest bid.
Fixed-price sales with optional discounts and buyer counter-offers.
A timed discount window, then the price reverts automatically.
Sell in one-per-purchase units, or in configured bundles.
Buyers choose any quantity up to remaining stock, priced per-item or per-bundle.
List what you're offering and what you'll accept, with optional counter-offers.
Post what you want and what you'll pay; other members fulfill it.
Free entry, 1–5 random winners at close.
Buy tickets to improve your odds; still random at close.
Auction protections
A bid placed near the end pushes the close time out, so a listing can't be sniped in the final seconds.
A configurable cooldown after each accepted bid blocks new bids from anyone until it passes — never Buy-Now, never a proxy's own auto-bid.
Bidders can undo their own most recent bid within a configurable window; owners/managers can undo any bid.
Require an entry fee before bidding, with an optional minimum-entrants threshold.
Automation & scheduling
A new channel is created automatically for every listing that needs one.
Sold/expired/either listings can automatically repost for their next cycle.
Set a channel to always end listings at the same time(s) each week.
Every sale, bid undo, and admin economy action is logged automatically.
Economy
Wallets that hold balances across multiple registered currencies at once, not just one.
Convert between a guild's currencies at configured fixed exchange rates.
Transact directly against balances your server already keeps in UnbelievaBoat.
Use Raid-Helper DKP balances for bids and purchases.
Configurable listing fees, sale percentages, and broker commissions, each with its own recipient.
Customization
Save default field values per listing type and post from them with one command.
Rewrite the announcement message posted for each listing type.
Attach up to four images to a single listing.
Separate Merchant, Buyer, Broker, and Manager roles control who can list, bid, broker for others, or administer.
Restrict an individual listing to a specific role.
Confine when listings can start and end to a showroom's configured hours.
Trust & community
1–5 star reviews after a completed transaction, rolling up into a public merchant rating.
Optional DM the moment you're outbid.
See every auction you've bid on in one place, even ones you're no longer leading.
Extensibility
Build entirely new listing types against a first-class contract — no core-code changes.
Plug in an economy backend beyond the built-in one and the two shipped integrations.
Programmatic access to the same data the dashboard uses.
The in-Discord language picker is still being wired up, but full translation catalogs already exist for the languages below — missing strings fall back to English until it ships.
Advanced
The bot has a second layer most servers never touch: optional parameters tucked into listing commands, settings flags that default off, and a handful of capabilities that only exist on the dashboard so far. Worth a look if you've outgrown the defaults.
Optional command parameters
anonymous:trueHides the owner's identity entirely; the embed shows "Anonymous" in bold italics instead of a mention.
reverse-bidding:trueStandard Auction only. Flips the auction: lowest bid wins instead of highest.
messageA private note delivered only to the eventual winner/buyer, invisible to everyone else.
owner · required-roleBroker-only. List for another member, and/or lock a single listing so only a specific role can bid or buy.
reschedulePick exactly which outcome (Sold / Expired / both / once) auto-reposts this listing, overriding the server default.
durationOne field silently accepts either a relative span ("2d 5h 30m") or an absolute date/time, whichever you type.
Settings flags— off by default
Lets owners bid on their own listings — handy for a soft floor without a hard Reserve.
Lets owners withdraw a listing even after a bid/offer already exists.
Surfaces an "Accept Offer" (auctions) or "Draw Now" (giveaways) button to close early once there's at least one bid/entrant.
The only thing gating member-to-member gifting via the built-in economy.
Attaches a full bid-log file to the auction result message for a transparent paper trail.
Can be hidden if you'd rather bidders type their own amount than tap an auto-filled minimum.
Dashboard & API only— no Discord command yet
Keeps a concluded listing's message in place instead of deleting it, and reroutes its result-log entry into that same channel.
Inserts an ephemeral Confirm/Cancel step before Buy Now, Buy All, and Trade-fulfil, so a misclick can't move real balance.
Choose $100, $ 100, or 100 $ — configurable per currency.
Force normally-optional fields (image, description, category, hidden message, max bid increase) to be mandatory, per listing family.
A showroom's recurring end-times live literally in its Discord channel topic, editable by hand in Discord or the dashboard — both stay in sync.
Manager/Broker/Merchant/Buyer can each map to multiple Discord roles at once, not just one.
The same channel can back more than one listing family at once — auctions and markets in the same room, for example.
Set the fixed conversion rates Cross-Currency Conversion uses, per currency.
Also worth knowing: Reroll Giveaway is a message command (right-click a result), not a slash command — it can re-roll a specific winning position after the fact without redoing the whole giveaway.
