/watchlist shows every running auction you've bid on. /outbid alerts sends you a direct message whenever someone outbids you — you'll need direct messages from this server switched on in Discord.
The person who created the listing can remove any bid on it — except on sealed auctions, where bids stay hidden until the end. A bidder can take back their own bid within the time you set as the Bidding Recall Limit. Taking down the listing itself needs Recall Listings switched on once someone has made an offer. Managers, and anyone with Manage Server, can take down any listing at any time.
Set the Bidding Recall Limit to 0. That's the one setting that stops bids being taken back.
Yes. Each job (Manager, Broker, Merchant, Buyer) can be given to as many Discord roles as you like, and a member only needs one of them. Set this up on the dashboard's Roles page — see the Access roles reference for what each job can do.
A bid placed inside the Snipe Trigger window pushes the finish time back by the Snipe Extension amount, measured from that bid. It can happen again on every late bid, and it never makes an auction shorter. A Buy-Now purchase ends the auction straight away instead.
The bot requires a designated record for all completed transactions. Before creating any listing, your server must configure a Result Log channel using /server result-log or enable Inline Results so concluded listing messages stay updated in place.
If a showroom channel's topic contains Schedule: Day HH:mm (e.g. Schedule: Friday 20:00), every listing posted in that channel automatically aligns to conclude at the next scheduled slot. The supplied duration adjusts the start time accordingly.
In a sealed auction, all bids stay hidden until close. When the auction ends, the highest bidder wins, but depending on the server's Sealed Payout setting, they pay either the second-highest bid price (Vickrey model) or their own high bid.
If the highest bid is below the configured reserve price when time expires, the auction closes as Expired and no winner is declared or charged. If auto-reschedule is configured for expired listings, it will automatically repost.
Auto-reposting depends on your listing's reschedule mode (Always, Sold, Expired, Once, Never) and server settings. Note that Withdrawn listings (cancelled early by owner or manager) never auto-repost under any setting.
The Buy Bundle button automatically disappears whenever remaining stock drops below the configured bundle size (amount-in-bundle). Buyers can still purchase remaining single items if per-item pricing is set.
When Allow Offers is enabled on a market or trade listing, buyers can propose custom offers via the Submit Offer button. The owner can review and accept or reject offers from the listing's #offers menu. Buyers can also undo their offer before acceptance.
No. Trade listings are strictly exempt from all server listing fees, broker fees, and transaction percentage fees.
Standard giveaways allow members to join for free with one entry each. Raffle giveaways require members to purchase tickets using economy currency — buying more tickets increases a member's chances in the final random draw.
Discord public message components are identical for all viewers. Because Discord does not allow hiding buttons per-viewer on public messages, the Cancel Ticket button is always visible, but clicking it as a non-participant safely notifies you that you have no entry to cancel.
/draw-now ends an active giveaway immediately and selects winners early. Reroll is used on an already ended giveaway to pick a replacement winner for a specific position without re-opening entries.
The default starting balance is seeded lazily when a member with the Buyer role makes their first debit (such as paying a market price or ticket fee). It is not granted immediately upon joining or checking /economy balance, preventing inactive accounts from skewing economy statistics.
No. Listings settle exclusively in the exact currency specified on the listing. Purchases do not automatically convert other currencies you hold. If Cross-currency exchange is enabled, you must use /economy convert to swap currencies beforehand.
Merchants can create and manage their own listings. Brokers can post listings on behalf of other members. When a Broker posts for someone else, server Broker Fees can automatically credit the broker upon creation or final sale.
A member's rating displays as Unrated Merchant until they have accumulated at least 10 completed transaction reviews from counterparties. Once they reach 10 reviews, their aggregate 1–5 star score and review count are shown.
